Onitsuka Tiger illustration

Heyyyy guys; as you might now, not everything can be just teaching and assessing other people’s work. I do have to create a few things now and then to keep my creative juices up.. The challenge is always there. In this case I was asked to design and Illustrate a few ads for Onitsuka in South America; just a few concepts. The overall look had to be simple yet somewhat fresh (I never understand most of the briefs that I get, as everybody wants something fresh these days.)

Not all was bad news, there where a few hints: vector and cool (yeahhh I know coolll !!! again with those words). Anyway I just sketch a few simple compositions and then through them into Illustrator and play with it for a while. Anyway I just wanted to share them with you guys. Hope you like them.

I think that after all the hours I spent on this it was worth it. Hopefully I get more stuff like this, now I’m working on a beer label with some mix media illustration. You’ll see.
